We hold regular sales of antiques, art & furniture, bankruptcy stock and general effects at our purpose built Sale Room at Truro Market together with sales of vehicles on behalf of Cornwall Council, The Official Receiver and private vendors.

Due to the wide range of expertise and experience available in the firm, Lodge & Thomas are able to advise on any aspect of property including valuations for marketing, taxation, probate, matrimonial, purchase etc; specialist agricultural work (tenancies, environmental schemes); compulsory purchase and compensation (e.g. masts, pipelines, cables, roads) or carrying out lease renewals and rent reviews, offering a complete package of professional services at reasonable cost.

In addition to our regular livestock markets we hold frequent on site auctions of live and deadstock, specialist sales of builders, nursery and bankrupt stock.
