Single Farm Payment Entitlements
The deadline for buying and selling Entitlements is 2nd April. We have various quantities of Entitlements for sale and we would recommend that any landowners with bare land should purchase them.
Set-Aside
If set-aside is hindering your farming business, you may wish to consider disposing of it. Contact us if you wish to discuss further.

To All Producers
Producers wishing to transfer Entitlements for the 2009 Scheme year will have to complete RLE transfer forms which have to be submitted to the RPA by no later than 2nd April in order to qualify for the 15th May deadline. There are special conditions in respect of leases and where special Entitlements have been issued and these will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
With regard to Cross Compliance Statutory Management Rules (SMRs), these are now being further expanded and more introduced. The RPA will inform you of these via the usual booklets in due course.
