	Lodge & Thomas hold regular sales of antique and modern furniture & effects at the firm's regular venue at Ludgvan, near Penzance which is in the heart of an area where furniture auctions are extremely popular and our sales are always well supported by private buyers and the Antique Trade. Established over 100 years ago the firm has long standing connections in the area and a high proportion of the lots offered through our sales are from Executors Estates and instructions from the firm's extensive private client base. As a result of our close farming connections sales regularly include pieces of old country furniture and interesting collectables. China and small table items and collectables are extremely saleable and we always have an interesting selection at the auctions. We take a pride in the way we lay out our sales so that goods are presented to their full advantage. We also specialise in sales on site where this may be more advantageous to the client rather than removing goods to the sale room. FULL HOUSE CLEARANCES We offer a total removal service which is of particular help to Executors and Solicitors and we have storage facilities for goods awaiting inclusion in an auction. With our helpful and efficient haulier we can take all the worry off your shoulders.
