SITUATION

The land is situated at Trevescan, approximately midway between Sennen and Land's End, which is a small hamlet of traditional stone period houses and barns. Land's End is the most westerly point of mainland England. The village of Sennen has a good range of local facilities including the historic First and Last Inn, church, shops, fish and chip takeaway etc. and is on the road leading to Sennen Cove which has a beautiful and popular sandy beach, lifeboat station, car park, café's and pubs etc. There are superb walks along spectacular stretches of the West Penwith coastline and along the South West Coast Path.

THE LAND

The land formed part of the equestrian centre at Trevescan and all of the land has frontage to and access from the main A30 with some of the fields having access from the road leading through Trevescan.

Lot 1: 5.98 acres - a single field bounded by Cornish stone and earth hedges with two access gateways onto the A30. This field is almost equidistant between Sennen and Land's End. From the land there are far reaching views towards Land's End. The field is level to gently sloping and ideal for grazing, hobby farming etc. Natural spring water supply in the northern corner.

Lot 2: 24.40 acres - comprised within four fields bounded by Cornish earth and stone hedges. The fields are currently subdivided into paddocks for grazing. Mains water connected. This lot could be split into smaller lots if required with access off the A30 and also from the road leading to Trevescan. This block is mainly level with wide ranging views towards the Longship's Lighthouse and more easterly towards the Lizard and would also be suitable for arable cropping.
