The land is situated almost equidistant between the village of Sennen and Land's End, the most western point of mainland England. Sennen has a range of good local facilities including the historic First & Last Inn, church, shops, fish and chips takeaway etc and provides access to the popular Sennen Cove with its stunning sandy beach and life boat station, car park, cafes and pubs etc. There are superb walks along the rugged Penwith coastline and South West Coast Path.

Lot 1: 3.25 acres - a single pasture field bounded by Cornish hedges with access off the A30 and situated nearer to Sennen village. The land is level to gently sloping and ideal for grazing or hobby farming etc.

Situated nearer to Land's End and comprising several field enclosures with interconnecting gateways. This block of land is accessed off a stone surfaced lane with a second access off the Cornish Way, a public multi-use track leading from Land's End towards Sennen Cove.
