The plot in the centre of Wheal Rose which is a sought after location just under ½ a mile from the A30 at Scorrier and within a few minutes easy drive of spectacular stretches of the North Cornwall coast.

The coastal villages of Portreath, Porthtowan and St. Agnes are close at hand with their thriving local communities, popular sandy surfing beaches and outstanding coastal walks together with a good range of local amenities and services inc. shops, pub, primary schools etc. The City of Truro is about 7½ miles distant and has a superb shopping centre together with excellent leisure, health, education and business facilities. Planning permission was granted under PA16/09587. The plot which is roughly rectangular in shape was the garden to the side of our client's adjoining bungalow. The plot which is slightly overgrown has direct access onto the Council maintained highway at Wheal Rose.

The plot measures approximately 15m x 20m and has a wide double gated entrance onto the road. The proposed dwelling is two storey with lounge and French doors to the garden, separate dining room, useful study and a good size kitchen and breakfast room. Off the entrance hall there is a cloakroom/wc and at first floor level four bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom on the landing.

The plans provide for a brick paved parking area to the front of the property with a new private sewage treatment plant to be shared with the neighbouring property.
