SITUATION

Sunnyside Farm is approached over a hard laid lane shared with a number of neighbouring properties and is situated on the outskirts of the village, backing onto open countryside, in a sheltered position and away from traffic.

The village is conveniently placed for a number of the major towns in the area which are all less than 8 miles distant, in particular the large conurbation of Redruth and Camborne with access to the main A30, the ancient market town of Helston, Penryn, home of the expanding Combined University of Cornwall Campus at Tremough and Falmouth with its excellent maritime facilities. The village is home to the largest one day agricultural show in the County which is held annually in July with attendances generally in excess of 20,000 people.
