ALL PRODUCERS Producers wishing to transfer Entitlements for the
2009
Scheme year will have to complete RLE transfer forms which have to be submitted to
the RPA by no later than 2nd April in order to qualify for the
15th May deadline. There are special conditions in respect of
leases and where special Entitlements have been issued and these will be
dealt with on a case-by-case basis. With
regard to Cross Compliance Statutory Management Rules (SMRs), these are
now being further expanded and more introduced. The RPA will inform you of
these via the usual booklets in due course. Producers
requiring specific advice relating to transfers or this year’s
application should not hesitate to take professional advice. If you have
