Our Truro office is conveniently located in the city centre at 58 Lemon Street with a sub office in Penzance. In addition livestock markets are held weekly on a Wednesday in Truro. Truro is one of the foremost livestock centres in the west country. Due to the wide range of expertise available in the firm, Lodge & Thomas are well able to advise on any aspect of property, whether carrying out valuations for marketing, taxation, matrimonial, purchase etc.; Surveying for purchasers (homebuyers and building surveys) specialist agricultural work (tenant right, schedules of dilapidations, milk quota - sales, leasing and compensation; compulsory purchase or other compensation e.g. telecommunication masts, pipelines, cables, roads.
