THE PROPERTY

A gated hard laid drive leads from the road to an open parking area on the lower side of which there is a pole frame open fronted two bay barn with potential for stabling etc. There are fine far reaching country views from the house and the land.

The well proportioned accommodation is arranged over two floors and there is a sitting room of good size with French doors to the garden and an outstanding kitchen and dining room with excellent fitted units including marble worktops. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities, and a wide entrance hall with staircase to four further bedrooms on the first floor, two with juliet balconies and far reaching views, a family bathroom, separate shower room and a landing with study/office area. The adjoining field has established Cornish hedges, long frontage to the road and a post and rail fence with gated entrance off the drive. The field extends to 4.3 acres or thereabouts and the property in all extends to just under 5 acres.

The property is deceptive and larger than is appears from the road and most certainly required a detailed interior viewing to appreciate all that it has to offer.
