There is a detached garage providing secure storage or parking. To the front is an enclosed garden with feature shrubs and bushes including camellias etc.

To the side of the cottage is a pasture paddock, bound by Cornish hedges with a separate road access, and extending to 1 ¼ acres or thereabouts. There is a large Chicken Run and a Vegetable Garden, small storage Shed and Field Shelter.
