TREWINCE FARM COTTAGE

The property sits south of the farm buildings and barns and overlooks the land, approached over ¼ of a mile long concrete drive which also leads to the farmhouse and barn bungalow. The cottage has a sunny southerly aspect and a private track leading to a lower lying area of amenity land with considerable conservation and wildlife appeal with attractive feature pond. The cottage is tastefully decorated and well-presented throughout with efficient Farroh electric radiators in most rooms and double glazed windows and doors. There are mainly laminated wood floors and oak fitted kitchen units, contemporary oak doors, architraves and skirtingboards etc. The property is much larger than it appears when viewed from the outside and most certainly requires a detailed interior viewing to fully appreciate all that it has to offer.
