Pollard Farmhouse is situated in attractive open rolling countryside, approximately 1½ miles from the historic market town of Helston, famous for its annual Flora Day and Furry Dance. Helston has a good range of services and amenities including health, leisure, education, business and retail outlets, is home to RNAS Culdrose and is the gateway to the Lizard Peninsula. The hamlet of Boskwenwyn has a local primary school. The rental charge for these will be in the region of £100 to £200 per month depending on what is required.
